Automation Governance, AI Audit, Full Code Evaluation

methodical

Automation governance tables — visibility into what automations exist and what they last did. The AI implementation audit written today (44k project evaluation, CRM and skills assessment, KB feedback moderation guide). No IDE compile or lint errors. AI and webhook tests passed. Queue workers (webhook, channel-retry, email queue) ran clean.

The governance tables matter because automation without observability is a liability. Knowing an automation ran is not the same as knowing it did the right thing. The governance layer records both.

Lessons Learned

Automation governance (what ran, when, what it did, what it changed) is as important as the automation itself. Unobserved automation in production is an incident waiting to be discovered.
