The real-time chat widget is live on the public site. WebSocket client library, file upload service for chat attachments, rate limit service to prevent abuse, and the frontend widget view. SSE was scaffolded back in January; today it became useful.
Seeing the widget actually embedded in a frontend page makes the product feel real in a way that migrations and controllers did not. A visitor can now start a conversation and the message appears in the admin panel in real time. That is the moment a product crosses from "working code" to "working product."
