RBAC Rewrite, Incident Management, Analytics MVP

accomplished

Six migrations today. CRM custom field dependencies (fields that depend on each other). Workflow scheduling (not just triggered — scheduled). Admin audit logs table — every admin action permanently recorded. Role migration to move viewer accounts to editor. Admin role model rewritten. Incident management tables for Sev-1 and Sev-2 tracking.

Outside migrations: Analytics MVP delivered — cohort analysis, quota tracking, funnel templates via a report builder. The regression pack expanded to 35 test files, 66 tests, 310 assertions, 0 failures. Windows scheduled task helpers added for the cron scheduler on the development machine.

The admin audit log is the feature I should have built in March. Every admin action is now signed with the actor ID and timestamp. If something gets changed in production I will know who changed it and when.

Lessons Learned

Admin audit logging is not optional for a multi-user SaaS. Build it before you have multiple admins, not after the first unexplained data change.
