Wrote the first serious status report and a Now/Next/Later execution board. The documentation inventory at this date counted 194 markdown files — 43 project-authored, the rest vendor and generated. That ratio says something about how seriously the documentation has been taken from day one.
Also wrote the lead intelligence rollout plan, lead scoring deployment checklist, deployment status, implementation guide, and manual testing guide. This is the "write down what you've built so you can hand it to a future version of yourself" day. Every project needs this. Most projects do it too late.
