Twenty-nine migrations in a single session. I will not forget this day. Lead scoring (fields and config table), OAuth token storage for third-party mail providers, email tracking (opens, clicks, unsubscribes), email marketing campaigns with A/B variants and bounces and complaints, chat queue with agent skills and metrics, chat AI retry semantics with job traceability, chat tone templates, conversation channel metadata, Lead Intelligence (enrichment, temperature, intent), Lead Nurture (drip campaigns), Sales Analytics with daily forecasting, CRM custom fields, a lead workflow engine with rollback support and idempotency keys.
Forty-nine PHP files outside migrations — controllers, services, views. The pattern all day: migrate, wire the service, smoke test, next migration. Move, move, move. The pre-staging from yesterday is what made this volume possible. None of the schema decisions had to be made under pressure; just executed cleanly.
The idempotency keys on lead workflows are the detail I am proudest of. Most people add those after their first production incident. We have them at v1.
