Three migrations: conversation handover notification tracking, full-text index on KB chunks, and an enrichment flag on KB chunks. The full-text index is pre-Qdrant — it gives the KB search a useful fallback path even before vector embeddings are operational. The enrichment flag marks which chunks have been through the embedding re-run pipeline.
Also finalised the code-level re-evaluation report for this week. Systematic evaluation every few weeks has caught issues that code review alone would have missed.
