Also wrote the MySQL to PostgreSQL migration plan and the pgvector migration plan — seriously evaluating moving the vector storage away from Qdrant and toward Postgres with pgvector to reduce operational overhead. The decision was deferred but the analysis is thorough.
VAT compliance is not the most exciting work but it is the kind of thing that makes a product legally usable in Bangladesh. Getting it right at this stage rather than scrambling before a client audit matters.
